FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a noise shield device of the kind set forth in the preamble of claim 1.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Noise screens made with braided facades, for example consisting of arrowhead are known, among other things. from Danish utility model registration DK2000 00379U3 and from the corresponding EP1341969B1, which is also published under DK / EP1341969T3.
Objects of the Invention In view of the foregoing, it is the object of the invention to provide a noise shield device which in a simple way makes it possible to mount or retrofit facade elements of the arrow flap on a standard noise shield.
Description of the Invention
A noise shield device according to the invention is characterized in that, at opposite exterior sides of the noise shield, preferably prefabricated facade elements consisting of arrowhead with predominantly vertically oriented arrow twigs are mounted, which facade elements at opposite end portions are partly supported on support brackets attached to said vertical supports. posts, between these and said screen elements, and are partly attached to said vertical supports or posts by means of projecting fasteners therefrom.
This makes it possible to mount or retrofit, for example, prefabricated facade elements with a surface of arrowhead or other decorative surface on respective sides of a conventional noise shield.
It is particularly advantageous that the support brackets can be extremely easily attached to both sides of the vertical supports or posts - without the use of proper fasteners such as bolts or the like, since the support brackets are easily clamped between the protruding support plates and the horizontal screen elements.
In addition, it is an advantage that the support bracket takes into account tolerance deviations, as the support bracket can be displaced laterally as well as back and forth relative to the support or post. Noise shield device according to the invention, wherein said vertical supports or posts are constituted by steel I-profiles and said support brackets are arranged to be supported with a central support part on opposite sides of a central wall part of said I-profile supporting plates, the support brackets at opposite ends are formed with support members which are adapted to support lower ends of vertical end parts at opposite ends of said facade elements.
Furthermore, by using supports or posts in the form of I profiles, the advantage is obtained that opposing end portions of the horizontal screen elements can be laterally fixed in the cavity of the I profiles. In addition, it is advantageous that any overloading of the support fittings causes clamping to external side flanges of the I-profile, ie. that the carrying bracket as such will not itself suffer overload.
In order to stiffen said support plates of the support bracket, the device according to the invention is suitably designed such that said support parts of the support bracket are formed with an upwardly bent side part which is inwardly welded to a vertical wall part of the support bracket.
Noise-shield device according to the invention, wherein said protruding fasteners are made of flat steel pieces, which are formed at opposite ends with angularly curved end portions which are inwardly cut into a side flange of the I profile and which are outwardly adapted to enclose and fasten to said vertical end portions of said facade element.

Detailed description of the invention
In the embodiment shown in FIG. 1 embodiment of noise shield 2 arrangement is between vertical supports or posts 4, which are molded to the ground, mounted screen elements 6 which are subsequently lined with facade elements 8 in the form of prefabricated facade elements 8, which are shown in more detail in Figures 2, 3A, 3B, 4A and 4B.
The prefabricated facade elements 8 consist of end portions 12 of wood, in between which extend four horizontal bars or tubes 9 of steel, which in a known manner carry predominantly vertical arrow branches 11, which form a surface of arrow paddle 10.

Figure 6 shows an embodiment of a carrier bracket 14, while Figures 7A, 7B and 7C show the detailed structure of the carrier bracket 14 in a preferred embodiment. The central support portion 20 of the carrier bracket 14 is shown in FIG. 7A, 7B and 7C are shown with a distinct central tongue which is intended to project inwardly to the side of the I-profile 18, so that the support member 20 as a whole is in optimal contact with the supporting plate 24 projecting from the side wall 22 of the I-profile 18.
The supporting members 26 are adapted to support lower ends 28 of the end portions 12 of the facade element 8, the end portions 12 spaced apart from the carrier bracket 14 being further secured at 38 by the projecting fasteners 16 which are internally secured at 36 externally to a side flange 40 of The I-profile 18 - for example by means of pop rivets, while the external fasteners at 38 are made by means of wood screws.
FIG. 8 shows a further assembly detail where it is seen that the support bracket 14 is located between the protruding support plate 24 and the shield element 6 which is downwardly resting on an intermediate layer plate 44 of rubber or a similar elastic material.
Figures 9, 10 and 11 show further assembly details where it is more clearly shown that the noise shield 2 is provided downwardly with an angled plate skirt 42, the opposite end portions of a horizontal flange being supported on the protruding support plates 24 which are welded to central wall parts 22 of the I-profile 18 and further supporting the central support portion 20 of the carrier bracket 14.
In FIG. 11, it is most clearly seen that the support plate 44 is adjacent to the side of the carrier part 20 of the carrier bracket 14. Further assembly details are shown in Figures 12, 13, and 14.
Finally, it should be noted that the carrier bracket 14, the plate skirt 42 and the EPDM rubber interlayer plates 44 constitute an absolutely soundproof construction if the cell rubber 44 has a thickness of 9-10 mm and the thickness of the carrier bracket 14 is 8 mm. Ie the cell rubber 44 is squeezed slightly under the weight of the shield elements 6, but is unloaded at both ends by the support bracket 14.
